Moebs $ervices develops the roles and responsibilities for the position and perform a complete, highly personal management and organizational assessment of initial individuals. We will then meet with each individual for two to three hours and conduct and extensive in-depth session of the individual’s career, family, and interests and insights into strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for your institution, as well as assessment of the individual’s potential for the position.
Moebs $ervices creates an extensive written report of each individual, describing their career development, strengths, and weaknesses and developmental needs along with a course of action for each. The assessment, overlaid on the organizational structure will identify the strong, as well as the weak areas and obstacles to future strategies for your institution overlaying this “People Asset” information with overall strategic plan.
