Mailed-in orders must include a check for $1,995 payable to Moebs $ervices, Inc. Phone orders get priority for placement. Payment must be received prior to the start of the program in USD only, no later than March 28, 2011.

Cancellation policy: $249 will be deducted from cancellations received in writing more than four weeks (28 calendar days) prior to the start of The Pricing Institute; $732 will be deducted for cancellations received in writing less than four weeks prior to the start of the Institute, but full credit can be applied to the next Pricing Institute or substitute attendees. No refunds will be made after the start of the program.
