Mike Moebs
Mike founded Moebs $ervices in 1983 as an independent economic research firm that collects and leverages data from the financial marketplace to deliver information and insights in pricing, expense control, and profitability to the financial services industry and governmental agencies. He is known internationally for his strategies on pricing and expense control. A CPA with an undergraduate accounting degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Mike studied under Nobel laureates Milton Friedman and George Stigler, who created the "Chicago School" of free market economics and the Theory of Price. He has invented several processes in overdrafts, commercial services, and economy of scale (patent pending). In his spare time, he has written 19 books. He has been widely quoted in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The Chicago Tribune and the Los Angeles Times. One of his books was published by Dow Jones, Pricing Financial Services, which has become an industry standard. |

J. V. Proesel
J.V. is the lead research analyst and project manager for Moebs $ervices, bringing strong analytical and management skills to evaluating data from nationwide pricing surveys of financial institutions, developing products and services, and evaluating financial solutions for clients. He was responsible for managing the development of the firm's Debit Scoring Utility (patent pending), a software program that assists financial clients with new-accounts processing and establishing debit-score limits, collaborated in the development and design of the Moebs Economy of Scale Analysis (patent pending) for clients, and has edited and produced the Expense Control: Book of Numbers 14th Ed., Moebs $ervices, Inc. J.V. has a degree in Economics from Loyola University in Maryland.

Cecilia Hernandez
Cecilia's key responsibilities for the firm are data collection and tracking client activities for analysis and strategic forecasting Moebs $ervices conducts. Cecilia is also responsible for sales and marketing, administration and data reporting functions. She helps plan and manage the firm's annual seminars and periodic webinars for clients, working closely with participants and assisting with on-site administrative functions. She is also responsible for client communications and developing sales presentations and proposals. Cecilia earned a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Kristina Bird
Kristina is a systems specialist who works closely with Moebs' clients to furnish the data they need to make strategic pricing decisions. An expert in systems, Kristina has developed programs that enable clients to run company-wide technology to gather data that impacts decisions used by the rest of the Moebs team to assist clients. She was educated at San Diego State University.

Rhoda Nybeck
Rhoda manages the operations of the Moebs organization. She manages the survey function to gather primary data from thousands of banks and credit unions. A key fundamental element of Moebs $ervices is the coordination of professors, surveyists, and analysts to gather primary data, and Rhoda oversees this operation. In addition, Rhoda plans and manages the firm's educational gatherings each year of the "Executive Retreat" and "Pricing Institute". She has a diverse, deep background in financial services, technology and retail industries, when enables her to handle a multitude of responsibilities in data collection and dissemination of this information in education programs. Rhoda started with Moebs $ervices in 1987.

George Burnett
George brings strong critical thinking and communications skills to his role as analyst at Moebs $ervices. He is responsible for analyzing client data collected for the firm's projects and national surveys and for ongoing analysis of data from community bank and credit union clients. He was instrumental in analyzing data from more than 2,000 banks and credit unions in the U.S. for Moebs $ervices' annual Pricing Survey and in assisting in developing the data workbook produced from this survey. George will receive his BS from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Brian Caponigri
Brian is mainly responsible for collecting secondary data on banks, savings institutions, and credit unions. Moebs $ervices has large historical data files dating back to 1939 on depository institutions. Brian seeks data from a variety of sources, mainly government agencies, and maintains and improves the data sets. This data is then used with Moebs $ervices primary data sets to provide information to assist the Moebs team with helping clients with decisions. Brian joined Moebs $ervices in 1998.

Owen Marks
Owen is responsible for implementing and maintaining the information technology systems for Moebs $ervices and leads team development of technical applications developed for clients by the firm.
